Community Overview

When moving to a new town make sure to check it out.  Drive around and get to know the areas, make sure to write down street names incase you need to reference something.  Check out schools by going online for the different parishes and see where they rank in the state and what courses and programs they offer. 

I have lived in this area all my life and am now raising children here.  I feel safe here and I know that I have so many people watching out for them and that's the good thing about a small town.  There are plenty of extra activities that kids can get involved with, especially sports!!

 

Check with the Chamber of Commerce for Beauregard and Vernon Parish for different activities and maps of the area.
