I try to put myself in the buyers and sellers shoes.  Shopping for a home is an exciting adventure, at the same time it can be a little scary.    I absolutely love my job and I get just as excited as the buyer when they say those 4 words "This is my home".  I stay up to date on the latest market trends like rebates and interest rates.  I want to make sure that the buyer understands the whole process of buying a home from the beginning to end. 

When selling a home, that usually means the seller has a new adventure they are moving onto and are ready to go.  I present homes in the form of a story...Maybe the story of you ,the buyer!  If you can imagine your family in that home then I have presented it well.  With working for a company that advertises well, Century 21 Steve Delia and Associates, you home will reach many people through internet, magazine, TV, radio and news paper.
