Local Selling Tips

Our area is a great place to try and sell a home.  It fluctuates, of course, but Fort Polk brings in so many new families and they have to have some where to live!!

When preparing your house to sale, I always recommend:  "De-personalize and De-clutter" it is hard for a buyer to look at a home and have so many things to have to look around, it makes it hard for them to imaging their stuff in the home.  In some cases I have found buyers looking more at the stuff in the home than the home itself. 

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!!!  There is nothing worse than having a floor that needs to be swept or counter tops that need to be wiped down.   Take a little extra time to clean when selling your home.
